What we collect
What you send us. When you contact us on Telegram or by email, we receive whatever you choose to send: your Telegram username or email address, and the content of your messages. We use it to answer you and to fulfil your order.
Server logs. Our hosting records standard web server information, including IP address, browser user agent, requested URL and timestamp. This is used for security and to diagnose faults.
Your cart. The cart is stored in your own browser using local storage. It never reaches our server. Clearing your browser data clears it, and we cannot see it unless you send it to us as an order.
What we do not collect
We do not process payments on this website, so we never receive or store card numbers or banking details. We do not require an account to browse or to order, and we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses local storage for the cart. WordPress may set functional cookies if you log in to the administration area. Our host may set cookies required for caching and security.
Third parties
Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads. Communication over Telegram is subject to Telegram’s own privacy policy. Our hosting provider processes server logs on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Order correspondence is kept for as long as needed to support the purchase and to meet record-keeping obligations. Server logs are retained on our host’s standard schedule.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by contacting us on the channels listed on the contact page. Deleting correspondence may mean we can no longer support a past order.
