These terms govern your use of AccsMarket.shop and any purchase made through it. By using this website or placing an order you agree to them. They were last updated on 28 August 2026.
1. What we sell
AccsMarket.shop provides access to cloud provider accounts. What is included in a given account is exactly what the corresponding variation on the product page states: the provider, the account tier, and any credits, service limits or port access named in the variation. Features not named in a variation are not included in it.
2. Orders and payment
No payment is processed on this website and no card or banking details are collected here. The cart is a selection tool: it records the accounts and variations you have chosen in your own browser and hands that list to us over Telegram, where availability, price and payment are confirmed directly. An order exists only once we have confirmed it on that channel.
3. Delivery
Credentials are delivered on the channel you nominate once payment is confirmed. We aim to deliver within minutes of confirmation. Where an account is not in stock at the time of your order we will say so before payment rather than after.
4. Your responsibilities
On receiving an account you are responsible for securing it. At minimum, change the password and the root or owner email address, enable multi-factor authentication, and rotate any pre-existing access keys.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of the cloud provider whose account you purchase, and with all laws applicable to you. You must not use any account purchased here for unlawful activity, for unsolicited bulk email, for attacks against any system, or for any purpose prohibited by the provider. We will not assist with any such use.
5. Account status and suspension
Cloud providers may suspend or terminate accounts under their own policies, and that decision rests with them, not with us. Where an account becomes unusable for reasons outside your control and not caused by a breach of the provider’s terms, contact us and we will assist with recovery or provide a replacement. Where a suspension follows from prohibited use, no replacement or refund is available.
6. No affiliation
AccsMarket.shop is an independent reseller. Provider names, product names and trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. AccsMarket.shop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon Web Services, Google, Microsoft, DigitalOcean, Akamai, OVHcloud, Oracle, Hetzner, UpCloud, Atlantic.Net or Alibaba Cloud.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any account is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, or costs incurred on a provider’s platform.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
