This policy explains when a refund or replacement is available. It was last updated on 28 August 2026.
Replacement first
Because what you buy is access to a working account, our first remedy is always a replacement rather than a refund. If an account does not work as described, tell us on Telegram and we will supply a working equivalent.
When a refund or replacement applies
- The credentials do not grant access to the account on delivery.
- The account does not match the variation you purchased — for example the credits, service limits or port access named in the variation are not present.
- The account becomes unusable shortly after delivery for a reason outside your control and not caused by how the account was used.
- We are unable to supply the account you paid for and no acceptable equivalent is available.
When it does not apply
- The account was suspended following use that breaches the provider’s terms of service, including unsolicited bulk email, abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity.
- Access was lost after credentials were changed, shared, or leaked on your side, or after multi-factor authentication was configured and then lost.
- The complaint concerns provider pricing, provider policy changes, or charges incurred on the provider’s platform.
- You changed your mind about a working account that matches its description.
- Credits expired according to the provider’s own expiry terms.
How to raise a claim
Contact us on Telegram with the order, the variation purchased, and a description of the problem, including any error message the provider showed. Raise it as soon as you notice it: the sooner an account issue is reported, the more likely a clean recovery or replacement is possible.
How refunds are issued
Where a refund is agreed, it is returned through the same channel the payment was made on. Timing depends on that channel.
